How do I download Aware?
Aware is available on the Apple App Store. Search for Aware or tap the download link on our homepage.
I purchased access but can't log in
First, make sure you're signing in with the same email you used at purchase. If the issue continues, email us at love2beaware@gmail.com with your receipt or order confirmation and we'll restore access quickly.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your account email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I update my billing information?
Billing details are stored with Apple, not with Aware. Update your payment method in your Apple ID account settings and future charges will use the new method automatically.
The app is not working properly. What should I do?
Try the troubleshooting checklist below. If the issue persists, email love2beaware@gmail.com with your device model, OS version, and a short description of what happened.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one. If you need help, email us.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can also email love2beaware@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion within 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
How do I contact support?
Email us any time at love2beaware@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
